Returns & Refund

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order within this period, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns for our products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving their item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period. The refund processing time is 1–5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds are reflected. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at assist@varmhygge.com.
