SHIPPING INFORMATION
We handle order processing Monday to Friday. Every order will be processed within 3 to 5 days of being placed, and shipment will take place on the day following processing.
Our shipping period is approximately 10 to 15 days, so we ask for your patience while we update your logistics information.
Some of our products are fully handmade, and due to the large number of orders we receive, we need 1 to 2 weeks to complete their production. This may result in a longer delivery time than our standard timeline.

Your local customs office may require extra documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the expected delivery date.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so you can expect to receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service will leave a notice card telling you how and where to collect your order.
